I just love reading your blog. A friend turned me on to your adventure and I have been following along and enjoying every moment.
I have hiked parts of the AT and had once dreamed of doing exactly what you are doing. But alas now I am not nearly as adventurous and several years older oh and a few pounds heavier so that dream is no longer. Maybe I will settle for a trail at Callaway Gardens instead.
I think what you are doing is awesome and wish you much luck!!
